Alpha Export & Lightroom

Your photo, ready for anywhere.

Export in the format you need, from JPEG to a linear 16-bit DNG, in social formats or as a before/after clip. If you work with Lightroom Classic, DepthLight fits in as the underwater step and hands the photo back. Your metadata stays with the photo.

How it works.

  1. Set up onceHelp › “Set up Lightroom …” shows how to add DepthLight as an external editor.
  2. Photo › Edit In › DepthLightThe photo opens in DepthLight, and Auto does its work.
  3. Save and returnA 16-bit TIFF goes back into your Lightroom catalog, metadata included.
Lightroom is optionalDepthLight is a complete editor on its own. Lightroom is one way to continue, not a must.
DNG with full headroomThe finished photo as a linear 16-bit DNG. It opens in Lightroom, Capture One, Preview and Photos looking exactly like your export.
Metadata staysCamera, time, exposure and GPS stay with the photo, also when the original was RAW.

Made for sharing.

Export in the formats social media wants, with a before/after clip at the push of a button, or as an editing carousel that shows every step from the original to the final photo. And your dive videos get the same color correction — in 4K, in real time.
